At Pacific Pointe Chiropractic in San Clemente, we use advanced, non-invasive neurological scans to assess how your child’s nervous system is functioning. These scans give us objective insight into patterns of stress, tension, and regulation so we’re not guessing, and we’re not just chasing symptoms.
Why This Matters
The nervous system controls everything! Sleep, digestion, behavior, focus, immune function, and development. When it’s overwhelmed or stuck in stress mode, the body can’t function or heal the way it’s meant to. The Three Scans We Use
The thermal scan measures how well the nervous system is regulating and communicating along the spine. It helps us identify areas where the body may be out of balance or under stress. This gives us insight into patterns of dysregulation that may be affecting your child’s ability to function and adapt.
The EMG scan measures muscle activity along the spine. It helps us detect areas of tension, imbalance, or compensation within the nervous system. This shows us how much stress the body is carrying and how it’s responding physically.
The HRV scan evaluates how the nervous system is adapting to stress. It helps us understand whether the body is stuck in fight-or-flight mode or able to shift into a calm, regulated state. This is a key indicator of how well your child’s body can recover, regulate, and heal.
