Supporting Her Autism Journey Through Nervous System Care

Before coming to Dr. G, our daughter Millie was navigating autism and challenges with emotional regulation. We were searching for answers and support, wanting to better understand how to help her feel more calm, regulated, and supported in her daily life.

At the beginning, even simple things like sitting still were overwhelming for her. Through consistent care, we began to see incredible changes. Millie is now able to sit still with more ease, regulate her emotions more effectively, and move through experiences in a completely different way than before.

What’s been even more meaningful is what we’ve seen outside of the office. Millie has made progress in school, continues to grow in her regulation, and is now preparing for a huge milestone, transitioning into a mainstream kindergarten classroom. We are so grateful for the care and support she’s received and the impact it’s had on her journey.
