From One to Two Hour Bedtimes to Peaceful Night

Dr. G came into our lives at a time when I was doing all the things any good mom would do. Violet was struggling with sleep and big emotional challenges. She was often stressed and anxious, and it felt like her fight-or-flight was on all the time. I tried everything I could think of… essential oils, bedtime supplements, lifestyle changes, but I could tell we weren’t getting to the root cause of what was going on for her.

Violet used to say she would get scared being by herself, and falling asleep was really hard. Some nights it would take one to two and a half hours just for her to fall asleep. She would get overwhelmed easily, especially in new or overstimulating environments, and trying new things could feel daunting. Since starting care with Dr. G, we’ve seen such a big shift. Even people who see her occasionally have commented on how much her demeanor has changed

She is much calmer now. She can take on new things in stride, and her stress levels are clearly much lower than before we started. For our family, it feels like a huge weight has been lifted. We finally feel like we’re on the right track, addressing this at the root, and making changes that will impact her life long-term. We are forever grateful to Dr. G for helping make this possible for Violet.
