From Constant “Go Go Go” to More Calm and Regulated

Before coming to Dr. G, our son Knox was a very active, high-energy 5-year-old. While we love his personality, we wanted to support his nervous system so he could feel more regulated, calm, and balanced in his day-to-day life.

Since starting care, one of the first things we noticed was how much calmer he became. He’s been able to sit still more easily and feels more regulated overall, especially compared to before. We’ve also seen a big difference in his health. He doesn’t get sick as often, and when he does, his body is able to heal much more quickly. Bedtime has improved as well, with fewer of those “wound up” moments and an easier time settling down at night.

We are so grateful to have found care that supports Knox’s nervous system in this way. It’s been amazing to watch him feel more calm, balanced, and able to fully be himself.
